The cultural mosaic that is Houston, Texas will be displayed in all her glory during the annual International Festival, also known as iFest. The theme for the 41st annual iFest is The Silk Road, Journey Across Asia. It will highlight the 5,000 mile Silk Road that Marco Polo took through China, India, Eurasia and North Africa. iFest is open April 30 – May 1, and May 7 – May 8 in downtown Houston The festival will stretch across parks and streets including City Hall, Bagby Street, and Tranquility and Sam Houston Parks. This year, it brings us great honor to be a part of the ifest. We hope you join Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston for a collaborative theatrical production with The High School for the Performing and Visual Arts (HSPVA) called the Religions of the Silk Road.
